Espresso

  • 75mL/2.6fl.oz cup
  • 1 x coffee capsule

 To make an espresso warm the cup with hot water from your machine for 20 seconds. Discard the water then place the cup on the machine and extract 30mL/1fl.oz shot of coffee into a 75mL/2.6fl.oz espresso cup.

Americano

  • 220mL/7.4fl.oz cup
  • 2 x coffee capsules
  • Hot Water 

To make an Americano, fill a 220mL/7.4fl.oz cup with 2/3 hot water. Extract 2 x 30mL/1fl.oz shots of espresso coffee over the hot water.

Latte

  • 220mL/7.4fl.oz glass
  • 1 x coffee capsule
  • Steamed hot milk

 To make a Latte and extract 30mL/1fl.oz shot of coffee into a 220mL/7.4fl.oz glass. Texturise the milk with an Espressotoria milk frother. Pour the texturised milk over the espresso until almost full. Complete the Latte with a small layer of froth at the top.

Flat White

  • 220mL/7.4fl.oz cup
  • 1 x coffee capsule
  • Steamed hot milk

 

To make a Flat White extract 30mL/1fl.oz shot of coffee into a 220mL/7.4fl.oz cup. Texturise the milk with an Espressotoria milk frother. Pour the texturised milk over the espresso until the cup is full.

Cortado

  • 90mL/3fl.oz cup
  • 1 x coffee capsule
  • Textured hot milk

To make a Cortado extract 1 x 30mL/1fl.oz shot of espresso coffee into a 90mL/3fl.oz cup. Texturise milk with an Espressotoria® milk frother. Pour textured milk over the espresso until the cup is full.

Iced Coffee

  • 220mL/7.4fl.oz cup
  • 2 x coffee capsules
  • Cold milk
  • 2-3 ice cubes

 To make an Iced Latte extract 2 x 30mL/1fl.oz shots of espresso coffee into a 220mL/7.4fl.oz cup. Fill the rest of the cup with cold milk. Finish with 2-3 ice cubes.

Cappuccino

  • 220mL/7.4fl.oz cup
  • 1 x coffee capsule
  • Steamed hot milk
  • Powdered chocolate

To create a Cappuccino extract 30mL/1fl.oz shot of coffee into 220mL/7.4fl.oz cup. Texturise the milk with an Espressotoria milk frother. Pour the texturised milk over the espresso until the cup is 4/5 full. Complete the Cappuccino with froth and powdered chocolate over the top.
