  • 90mL/3fl.oz cup
  • 1 x coffee capsule
  • Textured hot milk

To make a Cortado extract 1 x 30mL/1fl.oz shot of espresso coffee into a 90mL/3fl.oz cup. Texturise milk with an Espressotoria® milk frother. Pour textured milk over the espresso until the cup is full.
