 To make a Latte and extract 30mL/1fl.oz shot of coffee into a 220mL/7.4fl.oz glass. Texturise the milk with an Espressotoria milk frother. Pour the texturised milk over the espresso until almost full. Complete the Latte with a small layer of froth at the top.
